Sponsored by Emmemm Publishing, Klucz Ptaków, is an exhibition by two artists Alexis Kandra and Karolina Kubik.

Klucz Ptaków, the Polish phrase for the “V” formation of migrating birds in flight, literally translates to “The Key of Birds” and represents how birds harness their collective effort to find food, safety, and mates. Birds are global citizens of the earth, knowing no bounds they migrate across seas, deserts, territories and invisible borders.

Alexis's show "A path through the stars" does this through vivid cutout paintings and incredible photos of birds that meet their glassy destiny. Karolina, performance artist and poet, explores this through a "Migratory Burrows", including a stunning performance of healing NYC through urban acupuncture (a colossal effort of puncturing the concrete with these needles).

Artists asking the viewer, “Where will our collective movement take us?”

We look forward to seeing you soon!
